Broadspectrum is a certified and registered Data Controller with the Data Protection Commission, operating in full compliance with the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843). This accreditation validates our full compliance with Ghana’s data protection laws, reinforcingour commitment to processing personal data in a lawful, fair, transparent, and secure manner. As a registered organization, we have met the Commission’s stringent requirements, including the implementation of robust internal privacy policies, appointment of a qualified Data Protection Supervisor, and submission of periodic compliance reports.
